등록하면 오리엔테이션으로 30분씩 맨손근력운동 자세봐주고 기구사용법 알려주네요.
여성전용. 그래서 그런지 근력운동 기구 자체가 별로 없음. G따로 매트를 깔아서 운동 할 수 있는 스트레칭 공간도 협소함. 샤워는 따로 칸막이가 있지 않고 공동으로 씀.
